CHAIR YOGA

Chair yoga is a beneficial form of yoga for those who are not comfortable or cannot practice yoga from a mat. We use a chair to perform postures while seated or using the chair for support while standing. Benefits are plentiful including improved flexibility, increased strength, improved circulation and blood pressure, decreased anxiety and chronic pain, as well as an overall improved feeling of well being.

This class is run in a 6 week program (1 class a week). This program is run several times a year. Watch the calendar and social media for opportunities to sign up or email at any time to get on the wait list.
